Is everyone done being nutters? Can I come out from under the bed now?
All right, so I wasn't really under the bed (it's dusty down there!). But I was hiding. And by the way, Katherine, you really don't want life to be a musical while you still live near me. My singing voice sounds like a toad.
The Muggle Studies field trip would probably have been pretty interesting if some pidin tarw from another school hadn't thrown mud on my blouse. I didn't even get a chance to rinse it out for hours and the stain doesn't seem to be going away. Maybe it was clay? I think the dress can be salvaged--I'll probably dye it with tea so the color matches all through--but it will never again be as pretty as it once was. I should have brought an umbrella or something.
At least I know mud can be a danger for Quidditch. Though if anyone threw mud at me I suppose they'd be disqualified. Anyway, that is my not-so-graceful transition into thinking about the match coming up next week. Can't wait!
